Q1: Who is responsible for the lake and who maintains it? 

A: The lake is Partly owned by Wildwood and Spring lakes. It is taken care of by a contract with the Pond Doctor on a monthly basis.

Q2: Who pays for the maintenance of the Lake?

A: Spring lakes part of the contract comes out of your monthly assessment fees to the council.

Q3: Is fishing allowed in the Lake?

A: Fishing is allowed by any resident/ families in Wildwood and Spring lakes catch and release. Fishing is not allowed by general public outside of Spring Lakes and Wildwood.  If someone is coming in from outside of Spring Lakes and Wildwood they then are trespassing on private property and the Sheriff’s department should be called.  However, you would need to be sure they are not from Springlakes or Wildwood.

Q4: Is there a fee for making payments through the portal? 

 A:  Yes- A processing fee is added to payments made through the portal for credit or debit card payments it's 3% and for checking account it's $1.95-2.95
